Often people think that starting a new chapter, means adding more.
More masking and more proving yourself.
But you don’t need more. You need:
Fewer “shoulds.” So you stop living for everyone else’s expectations and start choosing for you.
Fewer masks. So you can show up as your true self without apology.
Fewer walls. So you can trust yourself again and create relationships that feel safe, loving and supportive.
You’ve already done the hardest part. You don’t need to tear yourself down and start over. You just need space to realign to what’s truly you, and release what no longer serves.
The question is: how do you know what to let go of and what to keep?
That’s where I come in.
Think of me like a mirror that reflects your strengths, resilience and fire back to you.
I’ll walk with you through the beliefs, patterns, and stories you carry, and together we’ll keep what feels true. The rest? We’ll thank it, and let it go.
We only add new practices if they support your values, desires and the life you actually want.
This is how you step into the next version of yourself:
With clarity, courage, and a map back to your freedom.
You want to work 20 hour weeks or go for that promotion?
You want to start that business idea?
Sell your artwork?
Take part in that triathlon?
Book that adventure you've been dreaming of?
Or spend an evening without being on your phone every 5 minutes.....
I can help you get clear on how to do what makes YOU happy.
True Self (Choosing Your Path)
We start with self compassion first. When we treat ourselves with the same kindness we would afford a child, friend or even a stranger, something different becomes possible.
This mindset shift is essential for our self care since past motivations for taking care of ourselves may have come from a desire to be accepted, safe, valued, or just enough in someone else’s eyes. We can take that skewed motivation off the table. Then take the clarity gained from coaching and combine it with compassion for ourselves . This opens a new path which feels true. That's game changing.
Your Outer Game (Your New Map)
Once we have released shame and started a new, kinder relationship with ourself, it’s time to figure out our “Outer Game” which answers the question WHAT to do.
There is usually no problem finding advice about what to do, just open your social media feed or talk to a friend or family member. The problem is advice that worked for someone else may not work for you. This is where I step in with no judgement or bias. I am here to help you discover what you want, and then help you carve your path.
Your Inner Game (Inner Compass)
As you may have experienced first hand, knowing what to do is not the same as actually doing it.
This is where we need to incorporate habits, mindset tools and self trust to support your goals and plan.
I’m a High Performance Coach with a background in performance coaching, corporate leadership and the Police, but more than that I’m a woman who’s rebuilt her life more times than she can count. Physically, mentally, emotionally.
Over the last twenty years I’ve led in the corporate world, coached athletes and senior leaders and in roles supporting people in crisis. Including people experiencing domestic abuse.
I’ve lived through a debilitating chronic illness, multiple traumas, knocked off my bicycle by a vehicle during an event, where I suffered multiple injuries including a brain injury. I've rebuilt from PTSD, memory loss, heartbreak, walking away from things I love, and grief. I know what it’s like to survive, only to ask who am I now, and how did I lose myself.
There was a time I clung to what was familiar and strived for perfectionism, masking what was going on inside and outside, especially when things didn’t feel right. I thought that control would keep me safe. But the more I tried to fix things and dismiss my own needs by silencing my own voice, the further I drifted from myself.
Eventually, life brought me to my knees and in those moments of heartbreak, fear and loss, I found a part of me I never expected: clarity, self love, courage and a wild, inner freedom that burns bright, much stronger than the shame put on me by others. I found myself. My voice.
Working with a coach was the turning point. I rebuilt from the inside out, with clarity, confidence and calling to return to my true self. I believe that things have happened for me, rather than to me. All of my messy, painful struggles led to me becoming a coach and working within the police, supporting many people to lead rich, fulfilling, purposeful lives including people who have experienced abuse.
I am grateful for everything I have experienced in my life so far, as they have given me the understanding, compassion and deep desire to shine a light for others, and help them rise into their true power, too.
My mission is to help people reclaim their freedom and rebuild fulfilling lives after domestic abuse, and to empower the workplaces that support them.
As a transformation coach, I walk alongside survivors as they create new lives rooted in self love, trust, connection, and relationships that truly nourish. Together, we design lifestyles aligned with each person’s deepest values, needs, and desires. To make this support accessible, I subsidise the cost of individual coaching through my business consultancy services.
